He was born in the center of Yozgat as the eldest child of a family from Erzurum. He lived in the village of Ikizpınar in Şenkaya district of Erzurum until he started his primary education in the center of Yozgat.

He began his primary education at Sakarya Primary School in Yozgat and completed it at Fatih Sultan Mehmet High School in Keçiören, Ankara. He pursued his undergraduate education in Ancient Languages and Cultures at the Faculty of Language, History, and Geography at Ankara University, specializing in Hittitology. He learned cuneiform languages from esteemed Hittitologists and Sumerologists. He graduated with honors, achieving a place on the Dean's List. During his undergraduate studies, he began working in archaeological excavations and continued his studies in archaeology and philology. He worked at the Şapinuva excavations during this period. He completed his undergraduate degree as the top of his class with a thesis on Near Eastern law. He also received pedagogical formation training at Gazi University and earned a certificate for his outstanding academic performance.

He continued his education at the Graduate School of Social Sciences at Ankara University, where he received private lessons on archaeology and cuneiform from his professors, being one of the few students chosen for this. During his master's studies, he prepared seminars on topics such as "Some weight and length measurements" and "Some thoughts on the arrival of the Hittites in Anatolia." His master's thesis, titled “Information on Ancient Hittite Period Settlements in Light of the Boğazköy Cuneiform Texts,” earned him the title of Ancient Languages and Cultures Expert. Due to his academic success, he was invited by Professor Jürgen Borchhardt, the Head of the Archaeology Department at the University of Vienna, to participate in the Limyra excavations. His work there contributed to the dating of the Limyra city’s ceramics to the Middle Bronze Age, which he presented at the International Archaeology and Excavation Results Symposium under the title “Grabungs-und Sauberungsarbeiten im Bereich Der Weststadt Von Limyra,” helping to push the city’s history further back in time. Through his archaeological work and philological documents, he identified the ancient city of Limyra as the Hittite “Zumari.”

He published significant insights on the status and taxation of tin in the Bronze Age in Anatolia under the title “Thoughts on Tin and Taxes in Bronze Age Anatolia” at the Fourth International Turkish Geology Symposium.

After his military service, during which he took a break from his work due to a lack of job opportunities, he resumed his studies. He started working as a lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Karabük University in Safranbolu. He also began doctoral studies in Architecture at the Karabük University Institute of Science. While teaching in the departments of architecture and industrial design at the university, he wrote monthly articles on archaeological values in Safranbolu and Karabük for the "Lokum Life" magazine and also contributed columns on Safranbolu Culture to the “Müze Kent Safranbolu” newspaper. His writings on Safranbolu tourism were published in the publications of the Safranbolu Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He has an article on Saint Stylianos, related to the religious mosaic of the city, that is awaiting publication.

He continues to serve as a member of the Advisory Board of the Safranbolu Cultural Tourism Foundation.

He was a member of the scientific committee for the 1st International Symposium on Industrial Fire Safety (ISIFS) in 2022 and also for the Innovative Healthcare Education Through Virtual Reality in 2023.

He taught elective courses in Architecture and Archaeology at Hacettepe University, Beytepe and the Faculty of Medicine.

He made a groundbreaking discovery in archaeological literature, which he presented at the 3rd Kültepe International Symposium, under the title “A Stel Dating to the Middle Bronze Age from Avanos-Akarca,” which changed the archaeological understanding of the period.

He was born in Odessa, Ukraine. He received training in Ukrainian language and history, as well as Russian language and literature, at Ushinsky South Ukraine National Pedagogical University. He then studied Russian language at Odessa I. Mechnikov National University before starting his doctoral studies on Hittite architecture at the university’s Department of Archaeology and Ethnology in the Faculty of History and Philosophy.

He has written about the founding dates of some professional sports clubs in the "Süperligyolu" magazine.

His work, titled “Avanos-Akarca, A Stel from Anatolia dating to the Old Syrian Period,” was published by the Mersin University Cilicia Archaeology Research Center, bringing changes to the archaeological literature he previously introduced.

He worked on the “Autobiography of Hattushili III Based on Materials from Cuneiform Texts from Boğazköy (KBo III, 6)” for the “Записки Історичного Факультету” (Notes of the Faculty of History).

He was also a participant in the Safranbolu Village Project, contributing to the archaeological section of the project, which was completed under the guidance of Aysun Özköse. The project, “Local Architecture of Safranbolu Villages,” was completed in 2022.

In addition to his academic career, he works as a screenwriter, dramaturg, and script consultant.

He currently lives in Ukraine with his wife, Marianna Yanar, and their two children.
